Description
Customer installed the 12.0 build 58.15 firmware as agreed in a previous case where there was a HA Pair issue after upgrade to the customer NetScaler.
Following this the NetScaler started crashing and keeps generating crash dumps.
The customer removed the HA config now and shut down the other node which was causing issues originally.
Resolution
Upgrade to refresh build for 12.0-58.18 or 12.1-49.23 which are both now available and contain a fix for this issue.
This fix will also be added to all future 12.0 and 12.1 releases.
