Description
- Intermittently after power managed machines reboot, studio reports incorrect Power State.
- Studio reports power state of the machines as "Off" but registered when the machines are actually turned on.
- Restarting the Citrix Broker Service in the Delivery Controller updates the correct Power state of the VDA's.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 1808 and 7.15 LTSR CU3 to speed up the the power-state update of the machines.
The VDAs might intermittently have an invalid power state in Citrix Studio. Studio shows the power state to be OFF even when the VDA is running. [LC8898]
