After Upgrade from XenDesktop 7.15 CU1 to CU2, Users are unable to create/update a machine catalog in AWS

Exception:
    Citrix.Console.Models.Exceptions.ProvisioningTaskException A volume service instance could not be launched in your cloud connection. In Studio, select Hosting in the left pane and then select the cloud connection. Click Test Connection in the Actions pane. The test results should provide additional information.

Resolution

The Parameter "UseExplicitVpcForVolumeWorkerBootstrap=true,VolumeWorkerInstanceType=m3.medium " is no longer required in 7.15 CU2.
Remove the parameter to resolve the issue
  1. Select the Hosting node in Citrix Stuio.
  2. The hosting connections are listed in the middle pane. Select your AWS hosting connection and click on Edit Connection on the right.
  3. Select the Advanced tab of the edit dialog when it appears.
  4. In the Connection Options text box, Remove the parameter "UseExplicitVpcForVolumeWorkerBootstrap=true,VolumeWorkerInstanceType=m3.medium"
