Applayering 4.11- unable to add pvs connector

Description
while adding a pvs connector, we get an error as Failed to validate the Domain User and Password. Check credentials .One or more of the PVS server configuration fields is invalid. Please check your selections
Resolution
Added the Service Account to the PVS Administrator Group, once added success in adding the PVS connector on App layering console
Problem Cause
Service account used to install PVS app layering agent on PVS server should be a member of the PVS Administrator GroupAdditional Information
When we get a powershell command on PVS Server
Get-PVSSite- It returned with an error.
InvokePowerShellScriptCommand'': 'DefaultTitle="", MessageID="PowerShellSimpleError", {CategoryData={[PowerShellExceptionCategory { Command = "Add-PSSnapin -Name Citrix.PVS.Snapin; Get-PvsSite", Message = "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
