Error "A valid license server with appropriate licenses needs to be configured before you can start using Citrix Workspace Environment Management" while trying to launch WEM console.
Resolution
Follow below steps:-
1.)Verify the Licensing server on the WEM admin console and Infrastructure configuration utility and use the IP address of License server.
2.)Verify that port 27000 is open and is listening.
3.)Reinstall license server, if OPT file is corrupted.

Problem Cause
Licence OPT file were missing in the Licensing folder.
