We can change StoreFront Or Delivery Controller's  IP Address After Configuring the  XenApp/XenDesktop Site provided the below settings are taken care of:
  • Make sure DNS records are updated with the new IP addresses.
  • If IP addresses of Delivery Controller instead of FQDN is specified in "Manage Delivery Controllers" option in StoreFront MMC, ensure the new IP address of Delivery Controller is updated there.
  • Make sure NetScaler Configuration related To StoreFront and STA IP Addresses is updated accordingly.
