Configure the settings to control the end user experience and specific time out durations.


Instructions

  1. On the Windows Start screen or Apps screen, locate and click the Citrix StoreFront tile.
  2. Select the Stores node in the left pane of the Citrix StoreFront management console, select a store in the center pane, and in the Action pane, select  Manage Receiver for Web Site, and click Configure.
  3. Select Session Settings, make your changes.

Storefront Settings
  • Server Communication attempts: The number of attempts Receiver for Web makes to Storefront Server
  • Communication timeout duration: The timeout after which Receiver for Web determines that the Storefront Server is unavailable
  • Session Timeout: This applied to Receiver for Web. After logon inactive users are logged off after the specified duration. The default value is 20 minutes
  • Sign in timeout: This is the timeout duration for the Receiver for Web logon page. The logon page times out after the specified duration if there is no activity on the page. The default value is 5 minutes. NOTE: Sign in timeout is recommended to be lower than the session timeout
