Unable to Unbind the Authorization policies from AAA user/group

Issue reproduce : 

1. Navigate to Netscaler GUI -> Netscaler Gateway -> User Administration -> AAA Users(AAA Groups)

1. Edit one of the AAA Users(AAA Groups).
   If there is none, please create one.
    

1. Click on the Authorization Policies

1. Click one of the following Authorization Policies and Click Unbind
    

1. After clicking on the Unbind button, there will be only one entry in the screen.
    

1. However, there will be still two entries the same as before our configuration.
