You will see following message gets logged in ns.log. This issue is seen only on HA and Clustering environment.

Resolution
Issue is fixed in 12.0 build 58 and later versions.
Upgrade to 12.0 build 58 to fix the issue. The fix contains the below changes:
The log level for default AAA message is changed from Informational to Debug as the debug logs are not recorded by default in the log files unless the user enables it.

Problem Cause
The log level for "default AAA Message" was set as informational, due to which it was being recorded in the ns.log file.
