This article explains on how to increase the "Logon Performance" from 90 days to 365 days.
To help you with, which one(s) should be increased to accommodate that increase in the "Monitor Configuration" so that you can see how logon time have increased/decreased over a year and What service would need to be restarted once the change has been made.

 This is only for Premium Edition license.
