Troubleshooting Citrix SD-WAN issues using ARP table.

1. Show = ARP

2. Verify if the gateways ARP entry reply age exceeds 1000ms (1sec).  Expect to see ARP request and response every second. Path goes down (DEAD) if gateway does not respond.

   

Recommendation :Set the ARP timer value just above that of the ISP interval.
The effect of this setting is, the higher the ARP interval, the longer it will take SDWAN to detect a failure. 
Hence set the interval just above the ISP interval to minimize failure detection time.
