VPX upgraded to 12.0 58.15 shows "out of service" on SVM.
Resolution
As per the release notes, if you are provisioning a new NetScaler instance of 12.0 58.15 build or upgrading a NetScaler to 12.0 58.15 build, you must upgrade SDX appliance to 12.0 58.15 build.
