Unable to create the MCS machines.
Fails with below error:

Resolution
Modified the SCSI channel to reflect position 0:0 of master image on VMware post which the MCS catalog creation was successful.
Problem Cause
Since the position of SCSI channel was modified, MCS process was unable to locate the preparation disk required to perform the operation.
