ICA Session getting Disconnected when Ctrl + Alt + Del Keys are keyed on Physical Remote PC Machine.

Check if the following registry keys are present in the Following location


1. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\PortICA\

DWORD - ForceEnableRemotePC value 1
DWORD - PorticaV2 value 1



2. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\PortICA\RemotePC
DWORD - RpcaMode Value 1
DWORD - RpcaTimeout Value 30
DWORD - SasNotification 1


Create the Keys if they are missing and reboot the Remote PC.

Now users will  getting the Option to allow or Don't Allow user when  Ctrl + Alt + Del Keys are keyed on Physical  Remote PC Machine.
