Users are facing intermediate application launch issues. Application launch is failing with error "The task are trying to do can't be completed because Remote Desktop Service is currently busy"

Resolution
To resolve this issue:

Check the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon > Userinit
- Remove all the entries except Userinit.exe
