Description

Citrix HDX session may stop responding and hang when using the two-finger scroll on a touchpad. This was observed in certain machines running Windows 8 or 10 with Receiver 4.10 or higher.

Resolution

This issue is now resolved.
  • Resolved with Windows 10 v1809.
  • Users on Windows 10 v1803 are advised to Install KB4462933 that contains the fix.
  • Users on Windows 10 v1709 are advised to Install KB4462932 that contains the fix.
