NetScaler Gateway Scenario:
Transfer Logon is not eliminating the previous user session.
Whenever the User A clicks on the transfer Logon button and tries to access with the User B , User A session is observed for OWA / Sharepoint.
Resolution
Upgrade the NetScaler version to 12.1

Problem Cause
When user selects transfer login, NetScaler is attempting to reset aaac cookie if it is RFWeb UI. NetScaler sets the flag to set cookies but are not initializing cookie buffers. Due to this, NetScaler sets cookie from current global variable.
