The following error is displayed due to cipher incompatibility on NetScaler:
Cannot Complete Your Request

Navigate to Traffic Management > Load Balancing > Virtual Servers > open SSL virtual servers and confirm TLS 1.0 is enabled under the SSL Parameters on the load balancing VIP and load balancing services. StoreFront 3.0.0 and prior versions do not support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2

Problem Cause

The following is the StoreFront support matrix for your reference:

1. StoreFront 3.0.0 and earlier supports SSLv3 and TLS 1.0
2. StoreFront 3.0.1 and later supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1
3. StoreFront 3.5 and later supports TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2
