When trying to play a notification sound in Skype “Persistent Chat” and new IMs are sent to a user, there is no sound played but all other sounds play audio in Skype. 

Resolution

Issue resolved by LC9250 which is included in HDX RealTime Optimization Pack 2.4.1000

Problem Cause

Due to hardened customer security environment, MD5 checksum has been disabled. Ringtone hashing is in MD5.
