This article describes how to collect XenMobile support bundle with FileZilla. FileZilla can be installed locally and act as FTP server.

Instructions

1. Download FileZilla Server from FileZilla website:
https://filezilla-project.org/

2. Install on a windows machine



3. Configure a user and set home directory to connect from XenMobile Server:




4. Upload support bundle from XenMobile Server:

Note: If the transfer failed with error “FTP failed: Connection timed out”, please check the firewall setting whether port 20 and 21 are open between XenMobile server and FileZilla Server.
