Description
Secure Mail fails to be launched on Huawei Phone with error: "This app has been disabled because entitlement to the app was not found if you have entitlement to this app, you may delete and re-install it".
Resolution
1. Update Secure Hub to 10.8.20.
2. Go to HUAWEI Phone Manager ->Launch Off the "Manage automatically" for Secure Hub, and switch to "Manage manually", then enable Secondary launch

Problem Cause
Secure Hub occasionally crashes during authentication stage for version 10.8.10 and 10.8.15 on Huawei phone.
