Users are not getting Desktop icons assigned from WEM. Icons should be copied to the user's Desktop from a shared folder as per Action/Assignment configured from WEM server.
In the WEM admin console make sure that under Filters > Rules there are no more than one Filter Conditions applied for the same Rule that are configured with different conditions since both conditions should be triggered together in order for the Rule to work.
In the WEM admin console, under Filters > Rules, there were two Filter Conditions applied in the same Rule which were configured to filter WEM Agent VMs with different naming schemes. WEM documentation explains that the Filter Conditions are AND statements and not OR statements which means that adding multiple conditions requires them all to trigger for the filter to be considered triggered.
Both Filter Conditions were not able to apply correctly in the same Rule since they both had to be met in order for the Rule to work properly. Since only one Filter Condition can be applied at the same time, the Rule was not working correctly.Citrix Documentation - Workspace Environment Management
