1) Error appears on Android Receiver when attempting to pass through NetScaler Gateway.
Resolution
1) Go to Settings
2) Click on option "Select Protocol Version"
3) Choose "NetScaler Compatibility Mode"
4) Add account and hit GO, you will get the login screen

TLS handshake failure when connecting through earlier versions of NetScaler
Issue/Introduction
Receiver Error: "Your account cannot be added using this server address. Make sure you entered it correctly. You may need to enter your email address instead. Error Code 41E"
