Steps:

  1. Login to Citrix Cloud
  2. Click [Manage Service] tab
  3. Navigate to [Citrix Studio] -> [Configuration] -> [Hosting]
  4. Click [Add Connection and Resources"]
  5. Choose [Create a new Connection]
  6. Choose [Microsoft Azure] as Connection type
  7. Click [Next] button
  8. Input [Subscription ID] and [Connection name]
  9. Click [Create new...] button

Resolution

Create a service principal manually, and use existing service principal instead of creating a new service principal. Please see CTX224110 for details.User-added image

Problem Cause

Some customers encountered the error even though cookie is not blocked. The root cause analysis is in progress.
