Provisioning Services : Unable to stream vDisk with message "No disk available for device"

Description
When booting a target, after downloading the bootstrap and connecting to Provisioning Services, we see the message: "No disk available for device."
Resolution
Solution 1:
Make sure there is a vDisk assigned to the target device.
OR
Solution 2:
If using BDM ISO to boot target device , Verify the Streaming IP mentioned in BDM ISO should be correct .
