Description

While adding machines to existing machine catalog - fails.

Resolution

  • Select catalog > select Manage AD accounts
  • Enter creds > Check for the SID - this would be tainted account 
    • [ State showing as Tainted ]
  • Remove the SID, now should be able to add Machine using existing computer AD account.

Note:- Earlier customer had removed machine from DG and Machine Catalog leaving AD account and then later trying add machine using same AD accounts.
