SNMP V3 Configuration in Load Balancer Failing with Authentication Error

Description
SNMP V3 configuration fails with the following errors:

On the server: test failed while adding the NetScaler configuration

On NetScaler: ns.log says that it failed with authentication error and unknown engine ID
Resolution
To resolve this issue, change the view on NetScaler to 1.3.
Problem Cause
View ID was not recognized initially when it was set to 1.
