Citrix Secure Gateway service fails to start with errors:

Citrix Secure Gateway,144,(1),"No listening sockets available, shutting down. (Hint: Port might be in use by another process)"

Citrix Secure Gateway,176,(1),Unable to bind to IP interface [xx.xx.xx.xx:port number]

To resolve this issue:

1. Check if the IP address is disabled in the environment.

2. Re-run the CSG configuration Wizard and remove the settings for the disabled IP address.

Problem Cause

Bonded IP address does no exist.
