SecureWeb - 403 Error and external and internal websites are not working

Description
We might get a 403 error when accessing a few websites through SecureWeb.
Resolution
- The issue happens only on the websites which have SNI enabled
- You can check on SSLLABS.com to see if SNI is enabled for backend sites
- We need to upgrade to version 12.0 53.13 and enable SNI
- Make sure that Network access settings are "Tunneled to internal Network" and "Secure Browse"
Problem Cause
The NetScaler version 11.x cannot handle SNI request in right way
