How to remove a Solution Advisor from a Citrix account

Description
Customers have the ability to select a Solution Advisor to assist with and create quotes for Maintenance Program membership renewals. If a partner is removed, that partner will have no visibility into the customer’s assets and therefore cannot create a renewal quote for the customer.
Requirements
Unrestricted log in and password for account containing Maintenance Program memberships.
Instructions
- Open a web browser and type in the URL https://www.citrix.com/account/ and Log in with your Citrix credentials to access the My Account page.
- Scroll down and click the “Renew and Manage Maintenance Programs” link on the left-hand side.
- Select Assign Advisor & Set View
- Click the "X" button next to the renewal partner that you would like to remove. You can remove one or more renewal partners.

- A pop-up will appear requesting confirmation to remove the renewal partner. Click the "OK" button.
- The list will show that the renewal partner is no longer there:
Issue/Introduction
Partner will have no visibility into the customer’s assets and therefore, cannot create a renewal quote for the customer.
