File Upload is very slow for Citrix ShareFile via NetScaler

Description
Test case:- 200 MB test file was tested and it took around 4 mins to upload via NetScaler
without NetScaler same file uploading 45 secs
Resolution
1. observe the TCP options and flags when the upload is fine ie without NetScaler
2. Check if the window size is optimum by comparing
3. try to see if by tweaking all the options available helps in improving the response.
4. after window scale value was made higher (closer to without NS) the response improved
5. other options which can be tweaked is buffer size
