What will be supported by Citrix?

Citrix will support the Citrix SCOM Management Packs through the official support channel provided the following criteria are met:
• The Management Pack contains Citrix branding
• The Management Pack version in question supports a product which is in-line with Citrix’s maintenance cycle for Citrix products (see this link for more information)

What will NOT be supported by Citrix?
Initially, escalated incidents will be worked by Comtrade as required.
