End users cannot launch two instances of the same published application within the same ICA session
Resolution
Follow below steps to resolve this issue:
1. On Citrix studio, Navigate to delivery group
2. Click on view application
3. Go to the properties of the application
4. Go to Delivery and Change "how do you want to control the use of this application" to "Allow unlimited use"
