Cannot see HDX, TCP, Gateway, and Web Insight data on NetScaler MAS.
The troubleshooting procedure is similar to how you troubleshoot NetScaler Insight:
Verify if AppFlow is configured on NetScaler virtual servers.
Verify if NetScaler MAS IP is in AppFlow collector list.
Make sure that appropriate AppFlow policies and actions are in place.
Examine "mps_afdecoder.log" and "mps_afanalytics.log" under /var/mps/log for any errors.
Verify if traffic is reaching NetScaler MAS from NetScaler on UDP port 4739. Use tcpdump on NetScaler MAS to determine this.
Citrix ADM version 12.1 build 49.37 and above has self-service diagnostics for Analytics which is used to identify the license and configuration issues on the managed instances which could lead to no data being captured.
