Load Evaluator Index reports 0% for CPU, Memory and Disk usage for server VDAs in Director console

1. Create a new policy from Citrix studio or GPO with the following Load Management settings:
   • CPU usage = Enabled
   • Disk usage = Enabled
   • Memory usage = Enabled
   • Maximum number of sessions = Enabled
2. Apply the policy to the Delivery Groups with server VDAs which needs to be reported on Citrix director for usage/utilization.
3. Run "gpupdate /force" command on the VDAs or reboot them to make sure the policy change gets applied.
4. Check that the policy settings are applied to the VDAs by opening the registry (regedit) and search under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Citrix\LoadManagement" hive.

Problem Cause

Server VDAs need to have the Load Management policy settings applied in order for the resource usage to be reported in Director. Load Management policy settings are disabled by default.
