Description

When "Bidirectional content redirection" is configured, the logoff process does not start even if the user closes the published Internet Explorer (iexplore.exe).

Resolution

Configure the following registry on the VDA to avoid this issue:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI
Name:LogoffCheckSysModules
Type:REG_SZ
Data:wfcrun32.exe,Concentr.exe,SelfServicePlugin.exe,redirector.exe


Problem Cause

This is a limitation with the current product. Citrix is aware of this issue and is working on it.
