To use TLS encryption for Citrix Receiver Communications, following table describes the minimum Citrix Receiver version required for each TLS (TLS v1.2, v1.1 & 1.0) version.

With respect to SHA2 support, following are the minimum Receiver versions that are required.
Note:
  • The table below describes support for digital certificates signed with algorithms in the SHA2 family.
  • Citrix Receiver supports the SHA-256 and SHA-384 algorithms in the SHA2 family, as specified in FIPS 180-4.
