Event Viewer on PVS servers is reporting the error: "DbAccess error: <Record was not found <-31754> (in DiskLocatorGetByDiskId() called from SSProtocolLogin.ccp:945)"
Resolution
Check if there are some PVS Target Devices VMs marked as down that are hung and are not responding to the reboot signal sent from the PVS servers.
After identifying the hung VMs, proceed to reboot them all manually from the Hypervisor.
Problem Cause
Hypervisor is not able to reboot some Target Device VMs as per signal sent from the PVS servers since the VMs are hung.
