Description
When trying to create a new URL Transformation profile, policy labels and policies within Admin partition, it fails with "Operation not permitted" error.
Resolution
The URL Transformation is yet to be supported with NetScaler's Admin partition.
An enhancement request is already filed with Citrix Engineering and tracked under the ID - 703504.
