Error: Cannot start desktop 'Windows 7 Master'.

Reconfigure settings to have more VMs immediately available during start of business hours. This will ensure additional machines will be online, registered, and available for any increase in user logon load.

Problem Cause

Delivery Group Power Management settings only had 1 VM configured to be available for users at a time. Once this VM is utilized, it would begin to turn on only 1 additional VM for use.

If VDA Machines are not already booted up and Registered to be in the ready state to be launched, end users may encounter the error "Cannot start desktop" on launch attempt
