Error message when attempting to export a report from Director in Excel format:

Unexpected server error. View Director server event logs for further information (Refer Citrix KB article CTX130320)>

The following event is logged from Citrix Director service:

An unexpected error occurred. User: 'Domain\Username' Console operation: 'Getting export file download URL...' Additional information: 'Could not load file or assembly 'DocumentFormat.OpenXml, Version=0.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8xxxxxxxxxxxxxx7' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.'

1. Download "DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll from this article.
2. Close the Director console.
3. On the Director server, copy "DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll" in the directory C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Director\bin
4. From an elevated command prompt, run iisreset.
