Users see one of the following error codes when trying to add a PNA or XenApp store to Receiver for Android: "An error occurred while connecting. Check your server address and data connection. Error Code 547"

Resolution

Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Enable "Allow legacy store access"
  2. Remove the store if it's already added to Receiver
  3. Close and reopen the application or reboot the device.
  4. Add the store again.
