After upgrading Receiver from 4.9 to 4.10, some clients cannot access published desktops and apps.
On desktops, you see a grey screen. For apps, the app can be launched but the image of the app is not visible, only the minimized icon is visible on the Windows taskbar.
Resolution
Upgrade DirectX to the latest version on the Client machine.
