Description
An unexpected reboot of XenDesktop servers due to bugcheck wdica.sys file, ctxfx.exe process etc. These are recently built servers with 7.8 XenDesktop.
Resolution
The fix for this is included in VDA version 7.12. Upgrade VDA to 7.12 to resolve this issue.
Problem Cause
Known issue:VDAs can experience a fatal exception on wdica.sys, displaying a blue screen.
