This issue happens because of database connectivity issue.
There are similar issues seen in past due to high memory and CPU in the database server along with the disk issues.
Similar issues have been reported in case of SQL failover/mirroring failed, try to fetch information from of the table you may get similar error:



Restart the SQL Server service or the SQL Server showing this error and it might fix the issue.
