Resolution
Modify the following registry on the VDA:
Open Regedit navigate to the registry path below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters\ MaxTokenSize
Data type: REG
DWORD Value: 48000
Reboot the VDA machine after modifying the above registry
Open Regedit navigate to the registry path below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters\ MaxTokenSize
Data type: REG
DWORD Value: 48000
Reboot the VDA machine after modifying the above registry
Problem Cause
User belongs to multiple groups, the token size is impacting the logon process.
