Description
Users start a 3-D design application which needs to enable relative mouse in the published Win7 desktop. Unfortunately they found that after relative mouse enabled, the mouse is not steady when attempting to click the icons or buttons in the desktop, and it's flickering within a small range.
Resolution
Set Monitor DPI to 100%
