This article describes how to capture diagnostic data on NetScaler SD-WAN WANOP appliance using Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Instructions

Complete the following steps to collect diagnostic data and upload to Citrix CIS:

1. Logon to NetScaler SD-WAN UI and navigate to Configuration > System Maintenance > Diagnostics > Diagnostic Data.

   

2. Scroll-down, click Create New.

   

3. Only 5 diagnostics packages can exist on the system at a time, please delete packages if it not required.

   

4. Select file from drop down, click Download Selected.

   
5. Upload the compressed file(s) to https://cis.citrix.com, with the Service Request number as a reference.
