After upgrade to Server VDA 7.16, multiple published applications/desktop sessions randomly get disconnected. The disconnects happen immediately after a Policy Refresh. The users are immediately able to reconnect to their sessions.
The issue has been resolved as outlined in CTX231127.
The VDA’s ICA Listeners are restarted causing all of the sessions on VDA to get disconnected at once. The VDA’s Event Log will show events for all the sessions disconnecting, followed by the ICA Listener being stopped and then started:
