Description

MDM enrolment is successful. MAM enrolment fails for the users accessing from iOS devices. Though NetScaler Gateway Vserver receive the username and password in UPN format from client, it send the credentials in sAM account format for which a 401 unauthorised reply received from backend server.

Resolution

Unsetting the ntDomain and ssoDomain parameters in the XenMobile Session Policies fixed the issue.

Problem Cause

 This problem will occur if ntDomain and ssoDomain parameters  are set in the XenMobile Session Policies
